Who can get a Library card?

Residency Requirements

Individuals owning property or living within the limits of the City of Walla Walla are eligible for a free library card. Individuals living outside of the city limits of Walla Walla may purchase a library card for $68.  This cost will cover the use of the WWPL by all permanent members of the household.

We verify all addresses and want to make all patrons aware that falsification of statement is subject to State law RCW 9A .76.175.
