AAUW Candidates Forum

Tuesday, June 25, from 5:30-7:00 p.m. the library will host a moderated forum for candidates for elected offices in Walla Walla County who are participating in the August 6 primary election. This event is co-sponsored by AAUW-Walla Walla, the Walla Walla Valley Chamber of Commerce, and the Walla Walla Union-Bulletin.
The forum will include candidates for Walla Walla County Commissioner District 1, Bertha Clayton and Jenny Mayberry and Walla Walla County Superior Court Judge Position 1, Patricia Fulton. Brittany Anderson, Explore Editor at the Walla Walla Union-Bulletin will moderate the forum, and Walla Walla Public Library Director Heather VanTassell will serve as host for the event.
