Free library cards no matter where you live!

All students of Walla Walla Public Schools, including pre-school, Walla Walla Online, and the Opportunity Program are eligible for a free library card, whether or not they live within the Walla Walla city limits. There is never a charge for City of Walla Walla residents to get a card.

To get a library card, the student's parent/legal guardian should complete and submit our Get a Library Card online form. Alternatives to the online form are described here

If you already have a library card, you can continue to access all library resources - physical and online - with that card.

If you have an expired card, please renew your card instead of signing up for a new account. If you aren't sure about the status of your account, don't worry! Just call 509-527-4550 or email wwpl@wallawallawa.gov and we will help you.

What about online access accounts? During the 2020 library closure, you may have signed up for an online access-only account. Online access accounts provided immediate access to library databases and eBooks & e-Audiobooks. Please contact us to convert your expired online access account to a regular library card.
