Saturday, October 25, 10 a.m.-2 p.m. at the Walmart Parking lot with College Place Police Department

ACCEPTED: VAPE PENS or other e-cigarette devices from individual consumers ACCEPTED - ONLY after the batteries are removed from the devices.
