First Fridays Teen Night: Zine Scene

Be zine and heard

  • Date: 11/04/2022 4:00 PM - 8:30 PM
  • Location: Walla Walla Public Library
    238 E Alder St.
    Walla Walla, Washington 99362
  • Introduction: Every 1st Friday of the month, the library is open late for teens & tweens to connect with activities, games, and community. Refreshments offered.

Have you read a zine? Made a zine? Been inspired by the unique artwork, writing, and ideas found inside? Zines (rhymes with "teens") are independently created & published creations about any topic, interest, event, or other thing in the universe that sparks imagination and drives creation.

Middle & high school students are invited to join us to make our own zines and learn more about the rich zine culture in Washington State, including the Zine Archive at the and Washington State Zine Contest. All materials provided for this free event; bring your ideas and enthusiasm!
