Foster Parent Recruitment

  • Introduction: Want to learn more about becoming a Foster Parent? Thursday, October 27th, from 5:00-7:00 p.m., the Walla Walla Public Library will host a Foster Parent Information Night in collaboration with Walla Walla’s Washington State Department of Children, Youth, and Families.

Staff from Department of Child Protective Services and parents who are foster families will provide information and resources about becoming a foster parent.

Learn more about becoming a foster parent and get information about training, how to become licensed, and support available for foster parents.

This is a family event, and the library will provide guided art activities for children ages 4 and up. Supervised childcare will not be provided for children under 4.
